Who We Are

Clarityworksagency is a small editorial team based on the Herengracht in Amsterdam. We began in 2019 with a simple frustration: every casino hotel review we could find was either written by the hotel's marketing department or by someone who had never actually stayed there.

Seven years later, we have reviewed 37 casino hotels across Europe and Asia-Pacific, always anonymously, always at our own expense.

Our Methodology

Every review follows the same process:

• Anonymous booking. We reserve under a private name at the published rate. Hotels learn we reviewed them only when the article is published.
• Minimum three-night stay. First impressions flatter; third mornings do not lie.
• Forty-point scorecard. Weighted across rooms (25%), casino (25%), dining (20%), service (20%) and facilities (10%).
• Annual re-verification. Scores are updated every twelve months. A hotel that slips, slips in the numbers too.

Our Promise

We accept no sponsorships, press trips, comped rooms or affiliate commissions from the properties we review. Our revenue comes from readers who license our reports and data. If a review reads like an advertisement, we have failed — tell us at our contact page and we will investigate.
